INVITATION TO BID OR PRESENT PROPOSALS

WILDWOOD SHOPPING CENTER, INC. WILL RECEIVE BIDS AND/OR PROPOSALS TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES TO THE BUILDING LOCATED AT 129 5TH STREET, BONHAM, TEXAS.


 
BID #1:
REMOVE ALL INTERIOR DOORS, GLASSWORK AND ANY ARCHITECTURAL MATERIALS BIDDER DESIRES.
 
BID #2:
REMOVE ALL WOOD CEILING MATERIAL, FLOORING, BANISTERS, AND DOOR CASINGS NOT REMOVED BY BID #1.
 
BID #3:
REMOVE AND HAUL TO QUALIFIED LAND FILL SITE ALL ASBESTOS MATERIAL ENUMERATED IN THE ASPHALT SURVEY BY BENCHMARK ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS AND ANY ADDITIONAL SURVEYS.
 
BID #4:
PERFORM ALL REMEDIAL REPAIRS TO THE STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS ENUMERATED IN THE WITHERSPOON STRUCTURAL REPORT DATED FEBRUARY 17, 2017, AND ANY ADDITIONAL REPAIRS NOT SET OUT, BUT WHICH BECOME NECESSARY UPON FURTHER DETERMINATION BY THE CITY OF BONHAM BUILDING DEPT.
 
IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT UPON THE COMPLETION OF ALL BIDS AND PROPOSALS THAT THE BUILDING WILL BE COMPLETELY GUTTED TO ORIGINAL WALLS AND STRUCTURAL MEMBERS AND READY FOR REMODELING.
 
BIDDERS AND PROPONENTS MAY BID OR PROPOSE ON ONE OR MORE OF ALL 4 BID ITEMS.
 
ALL BIDDERS MUST BE LICENSED BY THE STATE OF TEXAS AND CARRY CURRENT LIABILITY AND WORKMAN COMPENSATION INSURANCE.
 
COPIES OF THE WITHERSPOON REPORT AND BENCHMARK ASBESTOS SURVEY CAN BE OBTAINED BY PAYMENT OF $25.00 (COST OF MAILING AND COPYING) TO WILDWOOD SHOPPING CENTER, INC.  BIDS AND PROPOSALS MUST BE RETURNED BY AUGUST 15, 2017 TO BE CONSIDERED.  ALL QUALIFIED BIDDERS WILL RECEIVE ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY FROM OWNER OR ITS REPRESENTATIVE BY APPOINTMENT.
