Greenville, Texas --  Join the Audie Murphy/American Cotton Museum for the 12th Annual Heritage Dinner on August 19 at the Fletcher Warren Civic Center featuring The Sorta Sisters as the entertainment!  This ladies singing group presents the vocal stylings of the famous Andrews Sisters of the 1940s.  Many will remember songs of that era like "Donít Sit under the Apple Tree," "Rum and Coca Cola," "Apple Blossom Time" and "The Boogie-Woogie Bugle Boy" that they will be singing as well as a few other tunes like "Mister Sandman" and "Donít Bring Lulu!"

The Sorta Sisters have appeared all around the metroplex doing many USO Shows.  Theyíve performed with The Heritage Swing Band, The Blue Diamond Trio, The Nobles of Note Band, the McKinney Concert Band and many others!

A wonderful dinner being catered by Cup and Saucer will begin at 7:00 p.m. with hors dí oeuvres being served at 6:30 p.m. 

You also definitely wonít want to miss the opportunity to bid on a select number of unique items and services in the Silent Auction!  Some of the items will include a 1931 antique radio, dinner to Webb Hill, tickets to the Texan Theater, beautiful handbags and pottery, a dinner and boat ride for 8, tea tickets to the Dallas Arboretum and 2 round-trip tickets on Southwest Airlines just to name a few!
