1.     Call to Order

 

2.    Consider and take action to approve the Minutes of; the October 21, 2019 Regular meeting and November 4, 2019 Joint Workshop with the Bonham City Council by the Bonham Economic Development Corporation (BEDCO) Board of Directors.

 

3.    Consider and take action to accept the financial reports for the month of Sep 2019

 

4.     Citizens Opportunity to Speak: [The Board of Directors of the Bonham Economic Development Corporation invites persons with comments or observations to briefly address the Board for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter should be referred to staff for study and response and/or be placed on a future meeting agenda. Local practice limits comments to three (3) minutes or less. State law prohibits the Board of Directors from considering deliberations on any item not listed on the posted Board of Directors Agenda.]

 

5.    Lee Ellis will provide the board a verbal update and possible recommendations on next steps for Bonham on his attendance at Film Friendly Texas Communities workshop in Lufkin Texas hosted by the Texas Film Commission  

 

6.    Discussion and possible guidance to staff regarding Joint Workshop progress on implementation of EDC-related functions and tasks mentioned in the Visioning Bonham 2017 – 2025 Plan (VisBon 2025) and early stage staff planning for the Bonham Developers Conference projected for April 17, 2020, and BEDCO funding priorities.

 

7.    Executive Director’s Update: Topics include but may not be limited to Right Pointe facility closing,  TransCable COO retirement, Film Friendly Texas workshop Lufkin – Nov 12, planned participation in Southwest Rail Conference (Dallas Jan. 2020), on-going update of promotional materials, recap of on-going freight-rail dialogue, and other projects/prospects of interest, etc.
