Bonham, Texas -- The City of Bonham is currently seeking citizens that would like to join the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Planning and Zoning Commission approves or makes recommendations on various land development applications, as well as has the authority to approve subdivision plats and makes recommendations to the City Council on site plans, zoning requests, amendments to the Zoning Ordinance and amendments to the Comprehensive Plan. The Board meets at 5:30 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month at the Bonham City Hall Council Chambers located at 514 Chestnut St.
