Graveside services for Mrs. Hurd will be held Saturday, June 22, 2024, at Oakwood Cemetery beginning at 10:00 a.m. Bro. Terry Paul Cunningham will preside.

June married the love of her life Leroy Kirby Hurd on November 14, 1953, in Hugo, OK. The couple spent nearly 56 blessed years together before Mr. Hurd’s passing in 2009. She cherished her family and her beloved dogs, Dusty, Skylar, and Honey.

Mrs. Hurd was a wonderful Christian lady who touched the lives of many including the people she enjoyed teaching arts and crafts to from her home for 15 years.

Mrs. June Self Hurd is survived by her stepdaughter Debra Clemmons and husband Phillip, 3 step-grandchildren, 5 step great-grandchildren, nephews, and nieces including Donna Byrd and Becky Raper along with friends JW and Christy Caraway.

June is preceded in death by her parents, and beloved husband Leroy.
