Fannin County, Texas -- Fannin County Office of Emergency Management is excited to announce the opening for the very first Fannin County Emergency Management Citizen’s Academy scheduled to begin July 16, 2024. The academy is 8 weeks long (Every Tuesday from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.) and scheduled to graduate on September 3, 2024.
