Keystone: Nov 17. Elevation is 4 ft. above normal and rising, water temperature 69°F and murky. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass fair on jerk baits, lipless baits, and plastic baits around brush structure, points, and river mouth. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on cut bait and dough bait around river channel, river mouth, and rocks. Bluegill sunfish good on worms around brush structure and docks. Largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass fair on crankbaits, jerk baits, topwater lures, and tube jigs around brush structure, channels, rocks, shallows, shorelines, and weed beds. Largemouth and spotted bass good on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, jerk baits, spinnerbaits, and topwater lures around docks, main lake, points, shallows, shorelines, and standing timber. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish fair on cut bait, dough bait, live shad, PowerBait, and stinkbait around channels, docks, points, and river mouth. Crappie fair on caddis flies, hair jigs, jigs, minnows, and nymphs around brush structure, coves, docks, and points. Comments: Fishing this week has been good. Striper are good on live bait near the river channels and ledges. Lots of fish being caught right now catfish are good on live and cut bait. Crappie are good around brush piles and docks.
