Old Collin County Prison to feature 'An Artful Love Affair' June 9

McKinney -- You are cordially invited to join us as we open our new doors at the Old Collin County Prison for "An Artful Love Affair," a colorful display of nature's beauty featuring the newest works of art by gallery owner, Carrie Cameron Garner.

Enfoy the festivities as Galleria d'Arte hosts our first celebration inour new home, located at 115 S. Kentucky Street in downtown McKinney.

Live entertainment by The Maylee Thomes Band will begin at 8:00 p.m.

In conjunction with our grand opening, we are proud to announce the opening of Studio Duende and Aristeia Gallery on the second and third floors of the prison. 

Help us welcome these tatented artists as together we celebrate community and the arts.

The celebration is on Saturday, June 9, 2007, from 8:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.  Co-sponsors of the celebration are Alternative Furnishings, BLING!, Cadillac Pizza Pub, Cafe Malaga, Ellie & Ollie, La Misha, Market Square Antiques, Market Street, and Poppy's Garden Cafe.

Pernie Fallon and Guy Giersch of Studio Duende invite you to witness "An Artistic Execution" on the second floor of the Old Collin County Prison.

Voluntary donations and a portion of sales from this evening will be donated to Lovelife Foundation.

This evening is dedicated to our wonderful friend, Joan Coleman.
