Hilary Pannell and Dr. Kevin Skinner were united in marriage on March 18, 2006 at Legacy Ridge Country Club in Bonham, Texas.

Hilary is the daughter of Billy and Donna Pannell and sister of Torri Pannell of Ravenna, Texas.

She is also the granddaughter of Bobby and Lorell Russell of Ivanhoe, Texas and Shirlene Pannell and the late Billy Pannell of Ravenna, Texas.

Kevin is the son of Randy and Barbara Skinner of Corsicana, Texas.

Dr. Kevin and Hilary Skinner will be making their home in Arkansas.
