A select group of VIPs, celebrities and their entourages attended the exclusive HBO Entourage finale party at Park Place Porsche August 22. But instead of walking the red carpet into a stuffy ballroom, the soiree was held in Ken Schnitzer's immaculate, climate-controlled Porsche service garage on Lemmon Avenue.

Catered by Wendy Krispin, icy cold watermelon martinis and refreshing frozen drinks awaited guests along with a comfy conversation pit featuring hip furniture from Cantoni. Chic models showed off the latest fashions from The Shak while New York's Qool DJ Marv set the vibe. Plasma TVs showcased the hot HBO show while shiny Maserati, Porsche, Lexus and Mercedes-Benz cars tantalized guests from hydraulic service lifts.

“The Dallas wrap party for this HBO series really reflected how segments of the local nightlife truly mirror the Entourage lifestyle,” said HBO Director of Corporate Affairs Mike Hopper.

Guests included actor Victor Rivers, legendary designer Carleton Varney and his son jewelry designer Nicholas Varney, former Dallas Cowboys Tony Casillas, Dallas Stars Mike Modano, Marty Turco, and Darryl Sydor, and local luminaries Crawford Brock, Kirby Schlegel, Gene Street, Dr. Raul Rodriguez, Bedford Wynne, Mariano Martinez, Laura Hunt and more.

With a theme of “How will it end?” guests got a sneak peek at the season finale.

“Will Ari and Terrence duke it out? Does Drama's pilot take off or crash? Is Vince headed for a flop?”

Guests were invited to go to www.parkplacetexas.com/cooloff/ to enter their prediction on how the season would end. Rachel Conner of Dallas was the winner of the “How will it end?” contest.

She predicted: “Eric will demand Ari fix the ‘I Wanna Be Sedated’ movie issue since it was his fault Bob Ryan sold it to Warner Brothers. If he cannot resolve the problem, Vince will seek new representation, or have Ari reimburse him for the money he would have received for that movie. Drama will get his 15 minutes of fame, but it will be overshadowed by Vince's dilemma.”

As the contest winner, Ms. Conner will drive a Porsche Cayenne, courtesy of Park Place Dealerships, to the Texas Hill Country for a weekend for two at Prescott Realty Group’s Rough Creek Lodge. She also received a $400 gift certificate to Rejuevenex Medical & Spa, his/her designer jeans from The Shak, $200 worth of gift certificates to Uptown restaurants, and fresh flowers delivered to her home for a month by Earth Blooms.

Founded in 1987, Park Place Dealerships is comprised of nine dealerships in Dallas/Fort Worth and two in Houston representing Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Maserati, Lexus, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Land Rover and Jaguar.
