With Bonham ISD Superintendent Sonny Cruse traveling back to town from attending his son's graduation, recently retired Bonham ISD Superintendent Dr. Linda Gist had a chance to address the district's teachers and administrators one last time at the annual Bonham ISD Awards Presentation.
"You have influenced the future," Dr. Gist told the roomful of educators that had just wrapped up another busy year, "and that influence will never stop."
Dr. Gist expressed appreciation for support during her career.
"Thank you for 35 wonderful years," the retiring superintendent remarked.
