Bonham, Texas to be home to newest Chester’s franchise location
 
Bonham, TX (February 22, 2008) – Chester’s International, the leading fried chicken foodservice offering in the convenience store category, announces the grand opening of its newest location in Bonham, TX. The new Chester’s restaurant is located in the Kwik Chek Convenience Store, at 1741 North Highway 121, directly across from Bonham High School.
       
The most recent Chester’s store in historic Bonham, owned by franchisee Kevin Smartt, will be operated by John Hines. Kwik Chek currently operates 31 stores in North Texas and Southern Oklahoma, with its headquarters based out of Bonham.
 
“We believe fresh prepared foods are the future of successful c-store operations” states Kevin Smart, owner of Kwik Chek. “Adding Chester’s to our existing food concepts allows us to strengthen our position of becoming a food destination.”
 
The Kwik Check location will serve both lunch and dinner offering Chester’s signature menu options which include Chester’s fried chicken, potato wedges and biscuits. The Bonham Chester’s will also feature both dine-in and carry-out options as well as catering trays. Among the first citizens of Bonham to try out Chester’s catering trays and delivery was the local school board, the mayor and city council members during their recent meeting.
