On Tuesday, April 15, 2008, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers "USACE" will hold an informal public scoping meeting from 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Fannindel High School Gymnasium, located at 601 West Main Street, Ladonia, Fannin County, Texas 75449.

The purpose of this meeting is to disseminate information about the proposed Lake Ralph Hall, a water supply reservoir proposed to be located on the North Sulphur River, Sulphur River Basin, Fannin County, Texas and its potential effects to the human environment.

The USACE is seeking public comment on Upper Trinity Regional Water District's proposal, in part to assist the agency in determining whether the proposed Lake Ralph Hall would significantly affect the quality of the himan environment.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
