Bonham, Texas - Funeral services for Jessie Rudolph Allen of Bonham will be held at 2 PM Tuesday, December 09, 2008 at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home Chapel in Bonham. Internment will follow at Forest Grove Cemetery in Telephone. Rev. Morris Robbins and Rev. James Henry will officiate. The family will receive friends at Cooper-Sorrells funeral home Monday, December 08, 2008 from 6-8 PM.

Mr. Allen died Friday, December 05, 2008 in Bonham at the age of 73.

Mr. Allen was born February 22, 1935 in Telephone, Tx., the son of William Jess Allen and Juanita Goar Allen. He married Margie Miles December 21, 2001 in Bonham, Texas. He was a retired machinist and a member of Edhube Baptist Church.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Kinkade, Mike Kinkade, Tony Sanford, Bruce Sanford, Joe Pilliod, and Carl Waterson.

Survivors include: wife-Margie Allen, daughters-Sherly Manis and husband James, Dequita Engeleke and husband Ronnie, grandchildren-Tara Manis, Chris Manis, Donna Engeleke, Jonnie Engeleke, great grandchildren-Kenton Manis, Kayla Manis, Kandie Bush, Kasha Bush, Mack Manis, sister-Linda Kinkade and husband David, sister-in-laws-Ramona Allen, Betty Allen Cho Allen, numerous nieces and nephews, preceded in death by parents, brothers-Carl Ray Allen, Bobby Allen Troyce Lee Allen and sister Helen Sanford.
