Bonham -- Callisburg quarterback Bobby Dorman ran for a pair of touchdowns and passed for two more in the first half as Callisburg jumped out to a 35-0 lead over Bonham enroute to an impressive 41-12 win on the road for the Wildcats.
Callisburg went up 41-0 early in the third period on Langston Jones's second rushing TD.
Bonham came back with its best two drives of the night in the fourth quarter.
Kyle Washington hit Tyler Bee for a first down that got the Warriors rolling. Washington moved the chains again on a nice keeper that moved the ball down to the Callisburg 17-yard line. Bonham got on the scoreboard when Chase Gregory got loose for a 15-yard scoring jaunt.
Bonham's second score of the evening featured a pair of nice runs by junior running back Jeremy smith, including a 25-yard gain that gave the Warriors a first-and-goal at the Callisburg three-yard line. Washington dropped back to pass, bought a little time by scrambling and then found Josh Price open over the middle for a short touchdown pass.
Bonham will host Sanger on Sept. 4 and Callisburg will host Fort Worth All Saints.
