Sherman -- The Dustin Perkins Band will perform Thursday night as Hot Summer Nights, Sherman's free concert series continues.

Perkins is a local singer/songwriter who has been earning rave reviews and now he takes the stage at Oliver Dewey Mayor Gazebo to perform for the crowd certain to gather on Municipal Lawn for a memorable evening of music on the summer solstace.

Sherman's Municipal Lawn is located at 405 N. Rusk and the music is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m.

Bring a blanket, bring a picnic, bring your friends and enjoy a live concert by the Dustin Perkins Band in a casual atmosphere as evening falls. Concessions are available.

Hot Summer Nights attracts music lovers to downtown Sherman every Thursday in June and July.
