Celebrating 10 years, KidSwing-Dallas took place on Monday, June 11, 2012 at Brookhaven Country Club in Dallas.

The KidSwing Golf Tournaments, presented by Ambit Energy, are 9-hole, best-ball scrambles for kids ages 7-18 at any level of golfing ability, and benefit Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children (TSRHC). More than 250 kids, their families and 100 volunteers participated in the Dallas tournament.

At the end of the tournament, members of the KidSwing Executive and Junior Committees presented the hospital with a check for more than $121,000.

Funds will go toward the renovation of Allan Shivers Park, a recreational haven for patients, families and the community, located on TSRHC grounds.

Two more KidSwing Golf Tournaments are scheduled for this summer - KidSwing-McKinney on July 9 and KidSwing-Trophy Club on August 6.
