We had three junior high football games last evening.

The 7th and 8th mixed team played to a 6 to 6 tie. Both Community and Bonham played well on both sides of the ball.

The 7th Purple Team (A Team) lost 30 to 16 with Community scoring on a muffed punt at the end of the game. Our Purple played well in spots but actually beat themselves with mistakes. We are still expecting great thing from this team as the year goes on.

Our 8th grade team has been playing great defense this season and has not been scored on for 9 quarters of play. The running game did come around until later in the game but they had a touchdown pass in the first half and scored on a reverse in the second half. They won by a score of 12 to 0.
