Criminal District Attorney Richard Glaser reports that on Thursday, February 21, 2013, the grand jury met to consider thirty (30) cases.  Twenty-nine (29) cases were True Billed or indicted and one (1) case was No Billed.  The Fannin County grand jury has returned 65 true bills of indictment so far in 2013, including one indictment of capital murder.
