McKinney -- The McKinney Boyd Broncos and Plano East Wolves both came into Thursday night's game at Ron Poe Stadium sporting identical 1-1 records District 10-5A records, but both teams knew they would be going different directions when the final horn went off.

The Broncos grabbed a 14-0 lead early in the second quarter, stretched their lead to 28-3 in the third period and coasted to a 28-10 win over the Wolves to move to 2-1 in District 10-5A, while Plano East falls to 1-2.
