Bonham, Texas -- Funeral services for Steve Wayne Gilbreath, 59 of Windom, Texas, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 23, 2013 at First Baptist Church of Windom. Interment will follow at Windom Cemetery. Bro. Dave Cash will officiate the service. Mr. Gilbreath passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at his home.

Steve Wayne Gilbreath was born in Bonham, TX on September 21, 1954 to Don and Joan (Smoot) Gilbreath. He was a loving father, a self-employed auto mechanic, a hot rod enthusiastic; he loved his dog Buttercup, and was a member of First Baptist Church of Windom.

Steve Wayne Gilbreath is survived by Daughters-Christie Brown and husband Clint, Stefanie Underwood and husband Dusty, and Joanna Gilbreath; Son-Colton Gilbreath; Mother-Joan and Step-father Harold; Grandchildren-Evan and Andrew Brown, Sarah, Grace and Issac Underwood; Brothers- Mark Gilbreath and Robert Gilbreath; Sister-Donna Treadway and husband Scott; along with numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Don Gilbreath.

Serving as pallbearers will be Barry Williams, Jimmy Kirkpatrick, Lee Shelton, Craig Holmes, Jamie Word, and Gayland Freeman. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Colton Gilbreath, Mark Gilbreath, Robert Gilbreath, Doyle Gilbreath, Keith Gilbreath, Carlton Gilbreath, Ben Taylor, and Jason Wix.

Family visitation will be held 1 hour prior to service at First Baptist Church of Windom on Monday, December 23, 2013
