Denison -- Sweetwater Farm Greenhouse in Denison will be hosting two free informative seminars Saturday, June 14.

The first seminar will begin at 10:00 a.m. Saturday when Todd Brazier, one of the Managers of Green Market Natural Foods Store in Sherman, will talk about "What Makes a Health Food Store Different?"  Todd will discuss the differences between traditional grocery stores and health food stores.  He will also talk about what to look for in product labeling, the differences in vitamins and the quality of some in relation to others. Todd will also discuss the challenges facing the 'natural' movement.

The second free seminar gets underway at 11:30 a.m. Saturday as Aimee Himler teaches about Young Living Essential Oils and how to use them in daily living. 

Essential Oils can be a safe alternative to many over the counter medications, toxic cleaning products and supplements our bodies can't assimilate.

Aimee will discuss how Essential Oils are leading many to a healing they had considered nearly impossible until they learned about this option.
