Expansion to add 40 new jobs
McKinney, TX (June 27, 2014) – Ag-Power, a full-line John Deere Dealership providing sales, parts and service of agricultural, lawn, garden and commercial products, has announced that it will be adding 40 new jobs to the headquarters office in McKinney taking the total company employee count to more than 420.

Founded in 1972, Ag-Power sells agriculture products and new and pre-owned equipment to consumers in Texas and surrounding states. Nationally, Ag-Power is one of the largest volume John Deere suppliers with dealerships in Arkansas, Texas and Missouri. The expansion at Ag-Power’s headquarters in McKinney will add 40 jobs to their existing 101 employees. Jack Radke, owner of Ag-Power, said he is proud to see how much the city has grown over the years and is excited to be a part of the growth.

Recently, the company has included Honda & Stihl lines to complement the John Deere line. Once, primarily selling mostly large agricultural equipment to the farmers in Collin County, Ag-Power has adjusted to the changing needs of its customers by offering smaller ag equipment as well as lawn and commercial equipment to meet the changing needs. Additionally, Ag-Power offers full aftermarket service to customers.
