Tom Bean -- Tom Bean junior running back Daniel Jackson rushed for 216 yards and three touchdowns and Tomcat sophomore signal caller Payton Jones tossed TD passes to Jackson and Tanner Ellis in a 21-point win over the next-door neighbor Whitewright Tigers.

Tom Bean led 7-0 going into the second period and 28-7 going into the second half. The Tomcats stretched their advantage to 35-7 in the third period and cruised to a 35-14 victory.
