Bonham -- No doubt the Connors State College Cowboys believe Kendall Kennedy can make the same contribution to their baseball program that he did on the diamond for the Bonham Warriors.

Kennedy made an instant impact at Bonham as a freshman and the four-year starter will look to anchor a formidable pitching staff in 2015. The lanky lefthander has grown notably stronger every season and developed into a powerful presence on the mound.

Thursday morning at Bonham High School, surrounded by family, friends and teammates, Kennedy signed to continue his baseball career at Connors State College.

Surrounded by his family, Bonham senior Kendall Kennedy signs to continue his baseball career at Connors State College.

The Cowboys offer Kennedy a chance to join a program steeped in success and stability. Connors State College went 46-13 last season and as head coach Keith Perry prepares for his 30th season at the helm, the Cowboys head into 2015 as the No. 14-ranked team in the country.
