Bonham -- Torrential rains turned Trade Days into a lake and Powder Creek into a surging river Saturday afternoon in Bonham.

No injuries were reported and most vendors vacated the area as the water level began to rise, however several vendors' tents and at least one trailer were caught in the flood.

Bonham Police Department and Bonham Fire Department were quickly on the scene assisting vendors and directing traffic.

The intersection of South 5th Street and South Main Street was underwater as Powder Creek crested Saturday afternoon.
