Over half of Phase I homes sold

(McKINNEY—June 10, 2015) Trinity Falls (http://www.trinityfalls.com), a 1700-acre master-planned community in McKinney opens new model homes and its state of the art amenity center, named "The Club" with two days of family-friendly activities June 13-14.  Realtors, residents, builders and guests are invited to tour the community and participate in the festivities, which are free and open to the public.

The Club is where residents can take a swim, catch a dive-in movie while floating in the pool, take a cooking class or enjoy a parents' night out. Features include a spacious clubhouse, open-air pavilion with oversized fireplace, resort-style beach entry pool and children’s splash area all equipped with wifi capabilities.

The first phase of the 300-acre Trinity Falls B.B. Owen Park will be opening alongside The Club, and includes multiple opportunities for exploring, learning and outdoor fitness via the tricycle race track, council ring, butterfly benches and rope challenge.

Trinity Falls opened to rave reviews last August and just reached it’s 150th home sale.  Experts say this new premier master-planned community, with upscale amenities typically expected in a much higher priced community, is the answer to the underserved affordable market.

Phase I includes 238 single-family residential homes.  A new 70-foot section with model homes by Emerald Homes and Ashton Woods Homes are available for touring, in addition to existing model homes by Beazer Homes and Ashton Woods Homes.  Gehan Homes recently began pre-sales while their model is under construction.  Prices across all product types range from the mid $200s to upper $400s.

The Grand Opening schedule of events include:
