This Saturday, September 12, 2015, Fannindel will celebrate their 55th Homecoming. The following 3 young ladies and 3 young men make up this year's homecoming court. One young lady and one young man will be crowned queen and king at halftime of the Fannindel vs. Victory Life of Durant.

Cierra Nicole Crosby  


 
Cierra is a junior at Fannindel and is the daughter of Demetria Bolden and Derrick Crosby and the granddaughter of Willie and Helen Judkins.  She has participated in Basketball her freshmen and sophomore years, she also served as Fredward The Falcon for 2 years, during her freshmen year, Cierra received the outstanding cheerleader of the year award. Cierra is also a member of the Fannindel High School Beta Club.  After graduation, Cierra plans to attend the University of North Texas and pursue a career as a Physical Therapist.
 

Shakeria LaShay Cuba

Shakeria is a senior at Fannindel and is the daughter of Audrey Hines and Kenderick Cuba and the granddaughter of Shirley Cuba.  She has participated in Basketball her freshmen, sophomore, and junior years; during her freshmen year she received all district honors as well as the defensive player of the year Her sophomore and junior years she also received all district honors. She participated in track her freshmen, sophomore, and junior years, advancing to the regional meet each year as well as receiving the track award from her coach. Shakeria is also a cheerleader here and has been since her freshmen year; during her sophomore year she received the Cheerleader of the year award as well as serving as Co-Captain her Junior and Senior years.  Upon Graduation Shakeria plans to attend Paris Junior College and she looks forward to becoming a coach someday.

Chasity Denise Scott

Chastity, a senior at FHS is the daughter of the late April Scott and the granddaughter of JW and Marva Scott.  She participated in Cheer her freshmen, sophomore and junior years and served as captain her sophomore, and co-captain her junior year.  Chasity participated in basketball and track for three years as well. During her junior year, she received all district honorable mention. She participated in FFA her freshmen and sophomore years and she is a member of the Fannindel High School Beta Club.  Chasity was elected as class favorite for the last 3 years.  Upon graduation, she plans to attend The University of North Texas to pursue a career in Anesthesiology. 

Akeyl Laderrick Caesar

Akeyl, a senior here at Fannindel is the son of Derrick and Lyneeka Caesar, and the grandson of Tommy Ross and Dorothy Cuba.  Akeyl has participated in football for all four years, during his junior year; he received the Offensive player of the year award. He played basketball his freshmen, sophomore and junior years, receiving the MVP award his junior year. Akeyl ran track all three as well and during his Junior year, Akeyl advanced to the state meet and competed in the High Jump during that year he was also the recipient of the MVP award in track! Upon graduation, he plans to attend Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant Oklahoma and pursue a career in business management.  Akeyl Laderrick Caesar. 

Brendan Morrow

Brendan is the son of Cindy and Scott Franklin of Pecan Gap and Kelly and Amy Morrow of Providence Village.  He is a senior and has attended Fannindel since he was three years old.  Brendan has been a member of the Fannindel Future Farmers of America for eight years, and has served as the FFA Treasurer and Secretary, currently he serves as an officer.  Brendan was on the Robotics team for 2 years, he has also been a member of the Beta Club since 6th grade.  Brendan is also a member of the Track team.  In his spare time, Brendan enjoys boxing and lifting weights. Upon graduation, Brendan plans to attend The University of North Texas and major in Architecture. 

Britt Moody

Britt is the son of Tim and Rhonda Moody of Ladonia, TX. He has been a Fannindel Falcon since Pre K 4.  Britt has played Football, Basketball, and Baseball since his freshman year in High School. He is also been involved in FFA since the 3rd grade. He is the current President of the Fannindel FFA Chapter. Britt is an active member in the Cross Trails Youth Group he enjoys learning and sharing the Word of God.  His favorite scripture is Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.”   Britt plans to attend a four year college, and wants to play football.
