Bonham -- The Van Alstyne JV Panthers earned an eight-win against the Bonham JV Warriors on Thursday night at Warrior Stadium.

Bonham had the ball deep in Panther territory late in the game with hopes of tying the game with a last-minute touchdown and two-point conversion, but the Van Alstyne defense held and the ball went over on downs.

The Panthers ran the clock out on a 20-12 victory on the road.
