2.    Hold a Public Hearing to receive public comments on the BEDCO Board’s action to designate as a “project” certain improvements to the city-owned RV-campground at Lake Bonham and authorize financing thereof.

 

3.    [If needed] Discussion and possible action by the BEDCO Board of Directors to affirm the board’s previous action to designate as a “project” certain improvements to the city-owned RV-campground at Lake Bonham and authorize financing thereof (to be fully reimbursed by the City of Bonham), subject to the ratification of the Bonham City Council and concurrence of the Fannin County Commissioners’ Court.
