Do you care about protecting the health, safety, welfare and rights of older adults in Texoma nursing homes and assisted living facilities? The Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program at Texoma Council of Governments' Area Agency on Aging needs volunteers who will complete a free Certification Course with our local office and be willing to visit one of the facilities in Grayson, Fannin or Cooke counties.

The only prior experience needed is the ability to listen and volunteer hours are flexible.
