Effective March 6, 2017, the Bonham Office for the Fannin County Tax Assessor-Collector’s Car Division will have new hours.  New hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.  The office will remain open during lunch.  Customers transferring a title must have all completed paperwork to the tag office no later than 4:30 p.m. to ensure that the transaction can be completed by 5:00 p.m.

Effective March 9, 2017, the sub-office in Leonard for the Fannin County Tax Assessor-Collector’s Car Division Office will have new hours.  This sub-office in Leonard will still be open every Thursday.  New hours will now be 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.  Customers transferring a title must have all completed paperwork to the clerk no later than 4:00 p.m. to ensure that the transaction can be completed by 4:30 p.m.
