McKinney, Texas --  McKinney Repertory Theatre presents Neil Simon’s classic comedy, The Sunshine Boys, at McKinney Performing Arts Center in McKinney.

Al and Willie as “Lewis and Clark” were top-billed vaudevillians for more than forty years. Now they aren’t even speaking. When CBS requests them for a “History of Comedy” retrospective, a grudging reunion brings the two back together one last time. Featuring Burl Proctor as Al and Jacob Correll as Willie, Neil Simon’s The Sunshine Boys explores the memories, miseries, and laughs of a lifelong relationship in this comic and ultimately touching story.

Directed by Lindsey Humphries, the cast includes Dale G. Gutt as Ben Silverman, Chris Biggs as Eddie, Jean Roberts as the nurse, and Stephanie Kelly and Dennis Messer in the retrospective skit.  John Baker provides the voice-over.
