Bonham, Texas -- Lee Travis Hammonds, 57, of Dodd City, Texas passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at his home. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home Bonham, Texas.

Lee Travis Hammonds was born in Hot Spring, AR on February 7, 1960 to Henry Lee Aldridge and Neva Doris (Clement) Hammonds. He was 1978 Bonham High School graduate, loved to be with his family, fishing, and enjoyed woodworking.

He is survived by his significant other Diana Lynn Wright of Dodd City, TX; son, Daniel Lane Hammonds, of Dodd City, TX; parents, Oran and Neva Taylor of Dodd City, TX; brother, Alan Taylor of Garland, TX; and sister, Twila Taylor of Dodd City, TX.
