CENTRAL
 
Arcadia: March 13. Elevation normal, water 52 and clearing. Largemouth bass slow on jigs and swim baits around points. Blue and channel catfish fair on punch bait along creek channels and riprap. Crappie slow on minnows and jigs around docks. Report submitted by Mark Murray, game warden stationed in Oklahoma County.
 
Draper: March 12. Elevation below normal, water 52 and stained. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 10 ft. around brush structure, docks and rocks. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits and spinnerbaits around brush structure and standing timber. Channel catfish fair on cut bait and shad along channels and points. Report submitted by Tell Judkins, game warden stationed in Cleveland County.
 
Hefner: March 14. Elevation below normal, water 48-51 and murky. Crappie slow on minnows and jigs along the dam. Channel and blue catfish fair on cut bait and punch bait along the dam. Walleye slow on grubs, jerk baits and lipless baits along the dam. Report submitted by Lucky Lure Tackle.
 
Overholser: March 13. Elevation below normal, water murky to muddy. Blue and channel catfish slow on chicken liver and cut bait ballooning on bottom in the main lake, around windy points and shorelines. Striped bass hybrids and white bass fair on crawfish, cut bait, white jigs with a chartreuse tail  and shrimp on bottom in the main lake, around points, riprap and along shorelines. Thunderbird: March 12. Elevation below normal, water 52 and cloudy. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs suspended at 10-12 ft. around brush structure, docks and rocks. Channel catfish fair on cut bait and shad along channels, the main lake and around points. Largemouth bass slow on crankbaits and spinnerbaits around brush structure and in coves. Wes Watkins: March 13. Elevation below normal, water clear. Largemouth bass slow on crankbaits and spinnerbaits around points and shorelines. White bass slow on in-line spinnerbaits and sassy shad along creek channels. Report submitted by Mike France, game warden stationed in Pottawatomie County.
 
NORTHEAST
 
Bell Cow: March 12. Elevation below normal, water muddy. Largemouth bass slow on minnows, jigs and plastic baits around docks and standing timber. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around docks. Report submitted by Gary Emmons, game warden stationed in Lincoln County.
 
Birch: March 13. Elevation normal, water high 50s and clear. Birch and Twin Cove still closed, only access is Birch Cove boat ramp. Crappie and striped bass hybrids slow on minnow, jigs and sassy shad below the dam and around standing timber. Report submitted by Ryan Walker, game warden stationed in Osage County.
 
Carl Blackwell: March 14. Elevation below normal, water 59 and murky. Crappie good on minnows and jigs around brush structure and crappie dock. Report submitted by Emily Long, game warden stationed in Payne County.
 
Chandler: March 12. Elevation below normal, water muddy. Crappie fair on minnows around docks. Report submitted by Gary Emmons, game warden stationed in Lincoln County.
 
Copan: March 10. Elevation below normal, water high 50s murky. Crappie slow on minnows and tube jigs around brush structure, in coves and shallows. Report submitted by Joe Alexander, game warden stationed in Washington County.
 
Eucha: March 12. Elevation below normal, water low 50s and slightly stained. Crappie and red ear sunfish fair on hair jigs, jigs and minnows around brush structure and docks. White bass good on jigs and plastic baits along creek channels and the discharge. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits along channels and the main lake. Report submitted by Cody Morris, game warden stationed in Delaware County.
 
Ft. Gibson: March 13. Elevation normal, water 55 and clear. Paddlefish good trolling the river between Spring Creek and Mazie Landing in the main river channel. White bass good on in-line spinnerbaits trolling in the main river channel from Mazie Landing north to Pryor Creek. Blue, channel and flathead catfish fair on goldfish and live shad along channels and the river channel. Report submitted by Rick Stafford, Wagoner.
 
Grand: March 13. Elevation normal, water 52 and slightly stained. Crappie good on jigs and plastic baits around brush structure and docks. White bass good on jigs and plastic baits along creek channels and the river channel. Blue and channel catfish good on shad in coves and the main lake. Greenleaf: March 13. Elevation normal, water 46 and clear. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on bill baits, buzz baits, grubs, hair jigs, jerk baits, jigs, rogues, spinnerbaits and tube jigs around brush structure, channels, in coves, creek channels, docks, flats, points, riprap, rocks, shallows, shorelines, standing timber and weed beds. Crappie fair on grubs, hair jigs, minnows and tube jigs around brush structure, docks and weed beds. Hudson: March 12. Elevation normal, water 55 and stained. Largemouth bass fair on Alabama rigs, jerk baits, jigs and rogues in the main lake, around points and the river channel. Crappie fair on minnows and blue Bobby Garland jigs around brush structure and docks. Blue catfish good on cut bait and shad along flats, the main lake and river channel. Oologah: March 12. Elevation normal, water mid-50s. White bass fair on crankbaits and jigs in the Verdigris River above the lake. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 10-15 ft. around brush structure. Skiatook: March 13. Elevation below normal, water low to mid 50s and cloudy. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on plastic baits in coves. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around brush structure and standing timber. Report submitted by Paul Welch, game warden stationed in Osage County.
 
Sooner: March 13. Elevation normal, water clear. Striped bass, striped bass hybrids and white bass slow on jerk baits, live shad and slabs along the discharge and main lake. Blue catfish fair on cut bait off Highway 15. Report submitted by Doug Gottschalk, game warden stationed in Noble County.
 
Spavinaw: March 12. Elevation normal, water low 50s and stained. Crappie fair on minnows, jigs and hair jigs around brush structure and the dam. White bass good on jigs and plastic baits along creek channels. Channel catfish fair on chicken liver, shad and stinkbait along channels, the dam and main lake. Tenkiller: March 13. Elevation below normal, water 54 and clear. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on plastic baits suspended around brush structure, the main lake and riprap. Webbers Falls: March 13. Elevation normal, water 46 and murky. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on bill baits, buzz baits, crankbaits, grubs, hair jigs, jerk baits, jigs, sassy shad, spinnerbaits and tube jigs around brush structure, creek channels, docks, points, riprap, rocks, shallows, shorelines, standing timber and weed beds. Ft. Supply: March 14. Elevation below normal, water clear. White bass and walleye fair on jigs along the dam, inlet and rocks. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits along the dam. Channel catfish fair on jigs and stinkbait along the dam. Report submitted by Mark Reichenberger, game warden stationed in Woodward County.
 
SOUTHEAST
 
Blue River: March 14. Elevation normal, water 53 and clear. Trout good on caddis flies, in-line spinnerbaits, midges, PowerBait, spoons, woolly buggers and Frenchies along channels, points and sandbars. Stocked approximately 1,800 trout on March 8. Smallmouth, largemouth and spotted bass fair on crankbaits and jerk baits around brush structure and rocks. Channel catfish good on punch bait and stinkbait along channels, rocks and deeper pools just off of current. Report submitted by Matt Gamble, biologist at the Blue River Public Fishing and Hunting Area.
 
Broken Bow: March 12. Elevation below normal, water 58. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass good on crankbaits around points. Crappie good on minnows and jigs along flats, shorelines and weed beds. Blue, channel and flathead catfish fair on cut bait and worms along creek channels and the river channel. Eufaula: March 12. Elevation below normal, water clear. Striped bass, striped bass hybrids and white bass fair on minnows and sassy shad below the dam. Blue, channel and flathead catfish fair on cut bait and live bait in the main lake and river channel. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around docks and standing timber. Hugo: March 12. Elevation normal, water 56. White bass fair on grubs and lipless baits along the river channel and river mouth. Blue, channel and flathead catfish fair on cut bait, goldfish, live shad and shad below the dam, along creek channels and the river channel. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around brush structure and standing timber. Report submitted by Jay Harvey, game warden stationed in Choctaw County.
 
Konawa: March 13. Elevation normal, water 57 and clear. Largemouth bass slow on crankbaits, lipless baits and plastic baits in coves and around points. Report submitted by Dale Stites, game warden stationed in Okfuskee County.
 
Lower Mountain Fork: March 12. Elevation normal, water clear. Trout good on plastic baits, PowerBait, small lures and salmon eggs along creek channels and rocks. Report submitted by Mark Hannah, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.
 
Lower Mountain Fork: March 10. Stocked approximately 2,100 rainbow trout on March 9. Report submitted by April Drake, secretary at the southeast region office.
 
McGee Creek: March 12. Elevation 8 ft. below normal, water 54 and clear. Crappie slow on minnows around brush structure. Largemouth and spotted bass fair on Sinkos along shallows. Report submitted by Larry Luman, game warden stationed in Atoka County.
 
Murray: March 14. Elevation normal, water 54 and clear. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on crankbaits, plastic baits, spinnerbaits and tube jigs in the main lake, around points, rocks and weed beds. White bass fair on crankbaits, hair jigs and sassy shad along channels, in coves, creek channels, the main lake and around points. Pine Creek: March 12. Elevation rising, water murky. Largemouth and spotted bass fair on plastic baits along channels. Crappie fair on jigs around brush structure and channels. Robert S. Kerr: March 12. Elevation normal, water stained. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs along riprap and standing timber. Sardis: March 9. Elevation normal, water 61 and clear. Blue, channel and flathead catfish good on cut bait, live shad, shad and sunfish along channels, creek channels, flats, the main lake, rocks and shorelines. Texoma: March 13. Elevation normal, water 53 and cloudy. Striped and white bass good on flukes, hair jigs, live bait, live shad and shad along channels, in coves, creek channels, flats, the main lake, points, river channel, river mouth and rocks. Blue, channel and flathead catfish excellent on cut bait and live shad along channels, in coves, creek channels, dam, rocks, flats, inlet, the main lake, points, riprap, river channel, river mouth and rocks. Crappie, bluegill, green sunfish and red ear sunfish fair on hair jigs, jigs, live bait, minnows, plastic baits, sassy shad, small lures and tube jigs around brush structure, channels, in coves, creek channels, docks, points, riprap, the river mouth, rocks, shorelines and standing timber. Wister: March 12. Elevation normal, water 61 and cloudy.
