5. Discussion, consideration and action regarding EMS Monthly Profit/Loss Report –  County Judge for Bonham Fire Department Chief

6. Discussion, Consideration, and Action regarding Burn Ban for Fannin County – Commissioner Precinct Three

7. Discussion, Consideration, and possible action regarding the relocation of county offices and new construction due to the restoration of the Fannin County Courthouse and related matters thereto – County Judge

8. Discussion, Consideration and Action to approve annual report of the Fannin County Historical Commission – County Judge for the Fannin County Historical Commission

9. Discussion, Consideration and Action to approve the Award of Bid 17006 – Materials Only for Structural Steel and Metal for New Office Building.  – Commissioner Precinct 4 and Purchasing Agent

10. Discussion, Consideration and Action to approve the salvaging of the following non-working appliances -  (80) Microwaves, (40) Televisions, (2) DVRs, (3) VCR/DVD Players and (2) Bond Coffeemakers purchased with Commissary Funds. The Microwaves shall be sold to Jan’s Recycling Center at $.45 per pounds and all electrical cords to be cut from all appliances and plugs cut from the cords to be sold at $.70 per pound for the proceeds to be deposited into the Commissary Account. The Televisions, DVRs, VCR/DVD players and Coffeemakers shall be delivered to the Precinct Four Barn for the TCOG Hazardous Waste Disposal on April 22, 2017 to be disposed of in the proper manner. – County Judge for Fannin County Sheriff and Purchasing Agent

11. Discussion, Consideration and Action to approve the donation of two (2) Armalite/Eagle Arms AR 15 Rifles, 160 Rounds of Federal Eagle 5.56 Ammunition, and Six (6) CAA 30 Round Magazines from Red River Firearms LLC to the Fannin County Sheriff’s Office and approve the letter of donation with a cost at $1,231.00 to be signed by the Fannin County Commissioners Court and Attested by the Fannin County Clerk. – County Judge for Fannin County Sheriff and Purchasing Agent  

12. Discussion, Consideration and Action to approve Memorandum of Understanding between Indigent Healthcare Solutions “IHS” and Fannin County and authorize the County Judge to sign on behalf of Fannin County – County Judge for Indigent Health Care

13. Discussion, Consideration and Action to approve plat for subdivision on CR 5005 – Commissioner Precinct 4 for Citizen

14. Discussion, Consideration, and Action regarding installation of handicap ramp on East side of Courthouse – Commissioner Precinct 4

15. Discussion, Consideration and action to approve “Petition of Fannin County and Request for Approval to Become Part of the Sulphur River Regional Mobility Authority” and authorize County Judge to sign on behalf of Fannin County – County Judge

17. Discussion, consideration and action regarding reducing the speed limit on 78 North at the Boyd Community from CR 1430 North to FM 1753 – Commissioner Precinct 1

18. Discussion, Consideration and action to approve renewal of TAC Risk Management Pool’s Property and Mobile Equipment Coverage for period July 1, 2017 to July 1, 2018 and authorize County Judge to sign renewal questionnaire on behalf of Fannin County – County Judge for County Auditor
