Proposed luxury hotel to be located in Craig Ranch

McKINNEY, Texas (April 14, 2017) – During a joint-meeting on Tuesday, April 18, the City Council and McKinney Community Development Corporation (MCDC) will hear a discussion item regarding the proposed development of a resort hotel and conference center located in Craig Ranch.

A consultant with DFW-based Tarwater Hospitality Consulting, LLC will give a presentation regarding the hotel and its amenities.

City staff will give a presentation on the proposed incentive package for the development of the hotel.

No action will be taken by City Council at this meeting. 

The public is invited to attend this joint-City Council and MCDC meeting to hear more about the proposed development. The meeting will begin at 5 p.m. and be held in the City Council chambers at City Hall, 222 N. Tennessee St. City Council meetings are aired live on Spectrum Cable, channel 16 and AT&T U-Verse, channel 99. The meetings are rebroadcast throughout the week on air and online.
