Fannin County, Texas -- Fannin County Family Crisis Center is proud to introduce our newest volunteer: Noelle Rodgers. Noelle is a licensed professional counselor-intern.  She holds a master’s degree in counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. 

Noelle will be offering group counseling and classes on empowerment, assertiveness, and self-esteem for clients at the Crisis Center.  Noelle and her husband recently moved to Fannin County from the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
