Bonham, Texas - Graveside services for Shawna Louise Reynolds, 29, of Bonham, Texas will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Kemp Cemetery in Kemp, Oklahoma. Bro. Marvin Lowery will officiate. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home Bonham, Texas.

Shawna Louise Reynolds was a gift from God given to Mary Lou Johnson Reynolds, and Robert Lee Reynolds September 4, 1987 in Dallas, TX. Growing up Shawna had such an adventurous and friendly spirit. Her family didn’t have a lot, but she always made the best of the circumstances she was given. She was blessed with a beautiful baby boy on July 16, 2006 and immediately became the most amazing, loving,  and nurturing mother any child could dream of. She had a special love for Jordan and also her niece Brooklyn, both whom she would have hung the moon if she had the chance.

Shawna was called home to the Lord on Saturday, April 15, 2017, and though we wonder why, we must trust the Lord's plan and seek Him for guidance and strength during these times.

Shawna Louise Reynolds is survived by parents, Mary Lou and Robert Lee Reynolds; grandfather, Robert Lee Reynolds; son, Jordan Ryan Whitson; sisters, Amanda Daymude, Ashley LeAnn Reynolds, and Whitney Louise Curtis; nieces, Brooklyn Paige, Constance Reyauna, Jy’lyssa Hope, and Brianne Louise; nephew, Jakobe Jaron; fiancé, Antonio Rodriquez Jr, and stepchildren, Emma and Christopher, in addition to numerous loving cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.

Shawna was preceded in death by grandmother, Louise Reynolds, and aunt, Mary Jane Campbell.

Serving as pallbearers will be Adrian Whitson, Eric Shelby, Jeff Williams, Tim Holder, DeErick Heart, and Woody Palmore. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Derek Whitson, Colby Whitson, and Tony Melton.

Family visitation will be on Friday, April 21, 2017 at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home Bonham, Texas from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
