McKinney Performing Arts Center presents a documentary on autism April 21

McKINNEY, Texas  – The McKinney Performing Arts Center (MPAC) and the National Autism Association of North Texas will present the film The Family Next Door Friday, April 21, 7—9 p.m. The documentary tells the story of the Lund family and their journey as a family with two autistic children.

The Lund family have four children, including two on the autism spectrum. The Family Next Door follows their journey for 16 months to witness a story of never-ending struggles, unexpected joys, drastically altered expectations, painful loneliness, unconditional love and hope.

Following the film screening will be a panel discussion moderated by the National Autism Association of North Texas.
