Call to Order

1.         Consider and take action to approve minutes of the April 10^th regular meeting.

2.         Consider and take action to accept financial report for month ending April 30, 2017.                             

3.         Citizens Opportunity to Speak:  [The City Council invites persons with comments or observations to briefly address the Council for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter should be referred to staff for study and response and/or be placed on a future meeting agenda.  State law prohibits the City Council from considering deliberations on any item not listed on the posted City Council Agenda.]

4.         Hold public hearing and consider and take action on an ordinance regulating liquefied petroleum gas within the City’s jurisdiction, adopting the Texas Railroad Commission’s LP-Gas safety rules in conformity with Section 113.054 of the Natural Resources Code.

5.         Consider and take action to ratify the action of the BEDCo Board of Directors authorizing BEDCo to provide $15,000 in funding for development of a Bonham Water Model, and amending the FY 2017 BEDCo Operating Budget in that amount.
