2.    General overview of proposed Fiscal Year 2017- 2108 (FY2018) BEDCO Operating Budget with special emphasis on the overall budget context related to increasing the transfer amount of BEDCO’s funds to the City’s General Fund to defray administrative over-head.

3.    Guidance to staff regarding further preparation of the FY2018 BEDCO Operating Budget.

4.    Adjourn.
