Bonham, Texas -- Funeral services for Tommy Ralph Owens, 57, of Bonham, Texas will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Cooper-Sorrels Funeral Home Bonham, Texas. Pastor Kevin Lane will officiate. Interment will follow at the Willow Wild Cemetery in Bonham, Texas. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 8, 2017. Tommy passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at Texoma Medical Center in Bonham, Texas.

Tommy was born on March 31, 1960 in Lubbock, Texas to Carlton Gary and Rita (Hull) Owens. He married Lisa Anderson on May 23, 2015. He retired from Four Seasons Trucking as a Truck Driver and was an amazing husband and role model for family and friends. He attended the United Methodist Church of Bonham, Texas. Tommy was someone you could turn to and pray with, he will be missed by all that knew him.

He is survived by wife, Lisa and son Jason Owens; mother Rita Owens; brothers, Ricky Owens, and Gary Owens; uncle, R.T. Hull; Numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his dad, and brother, Jay Owens.

Pallbearers will be Bambam Richardson, Kenny Anderson, Ricky Long, Ricky Owens Danny Anderson and Norman Gibson. Honorary pallbearer will be Jason Owens.
