Ivanhoe Wine & Music Festival to benefit memory of three Fannin County youth

Ivanhoe, Texas -- The annual Ivanhoe Wine & Music Festival is approaching and promises to be the best yet!  This annual event has been bringing big name entertainment to Fannin County for seven years to benefit individual’s medical costs and local scholarship funds. 

This year’s benefit will honor three Fannin County youth’s memory, Di4N Nick Capehart Memorial Scholarship Fund, Jaiden Pelton Memorial Scholarship Fund & Katelyn Woodlee Memorial Scholarship Fund.

The festival welcome headliners Chris Knight, Deryl Dodd & Kylie Rae Harris to this year’s event, along with local musicians Wayne Tarpley & Katherine Vaught, The Foreman Brothers, and after-party band Sons of Fannin.  Changes to the October 21 event include a morning Poker Run, sponsored by Advantage Sales, afternoon activities from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. including a pumpkin patch, hay maze, face painting, dunking booth, local talent and a Princess Walk.  Additionally, the festival welcomes 5 Texas wineries in the new “Wine Walk.”  Festival goers may purchase tasting tickets or purchase wine by the glass and by the bottle from all wineries throughout the evening concert.

Free primitive camping areas are available for tents and campers.
