Call to Order

1.         Consider and take action to approve minutes of the September11^th regular meeting and the September 12^th, September 19^th and September 25^th special meetings.

2.         Consider and take action to accept financial report for month ending September 30, 2017.                             

3.         Citizens Opportunity to Speak:  [The City Council invites persons with comments or observations to briefly   address the Council for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter should be referred to staff for study and response and/or be placed on a future meeting agenda.  State law prohibits the City Council from considering deliberations on any item not listed on the posted City Council Agenda.]

4.         Consider and take action on a resolution designating nominee(s) to the Fannin Central Appraisal District Board of Directors.

5.         Consider and take action to adopt a resolution rescinding resolution #032390 to tax tangible personal property and in its place authorize the Freeport Exemption on qualified goods.

6.         Consider and take action to appoint or re-appoint individuals to the Bonham Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors.

7.         Hold public hearing and consider and take action on an ordinance abandoning an undeveloped street/right of way in Fairview Addition.

8.         Consider and take action on a Transportation and Drainage Utility Establishment and Fee Study.
