Sherman -- The Sherman Bearcats bounced back into the win column in a big way Friday night with a three-touchdown win over the Denton Broncos.

Last week, in the District 5-5A opener, Sherman fell victim to Wichita Falls Rider, 24-21.

On Friday night, the Bearcats were too much for the Broncos as Sherman pulled away for a 35-21 victory.

The Sherman Bearcats (3-3, 1-1) will travel to Little Elm next week to take on Braswell.
