Wichita Falls -- Sherman had already clinched a playoff berth on Thursday with the loss of a district opponent, but the big celebration came Friday night with a 51-26 rout of the Wichita Falls Coyotes.

With the victory, Sherman moves to 5-4 for the year and 3-2 in District 5-5A.

Sherman will host Denison on Friday, November 10 for the annual Battle of the Ax.
