The Bonham Warriors will close out the District 5-4A schedule the same way they started it -- with their sights set on the playoffs and their destiny in their own hands.

Melissa, Celina and Aubrey have locked up the top three seeds in the district, leaving Bonham, Community and Caddo Mills battling for the fourth playoff berth out of District 5-4A.

Going into the district finale, Bonham and Community are both 1-3 in district.

The head-to-head meeting between Bonham and Community looms large in the playoff picture because Bonham beat Community 42-20.

Community must face the 4-0 Melissa Cardinals on Friday night, while Bonham will host the 0-4 Caddo Mills Foxes.

A loss by Community would leave the Braves with a 1-4 district mark and a win by the Warriors would give Bonham the fourth seed at 2-3.
