9.  NEW BUSINESS

9.1 Consider and act upon Ordering of May 5, 2018 Election for one (1) Mayor, two  (2) Councilmembers and one (1) unexpired term for Councilmember.

9.2 Consider and act upon Ordering of May 5, 2018 Election for Local option election  to Legalize: "The legal sale of all alcoholic beverages for off-premise  consumption only." "La venta legal de todas bebidas alcoholicas para consume  solamente fuera del establecimiento."

9.3 Consider and act upon Joint Election Agreement between the City of Tom  Bean and the Tom Bean Independent School District.

9.4 Consider and act upon approving the Contract for Election Services between the  City of Tom Bean, Tom Bean Independent School District and the Elections  Administrator of Grayson County.

9.5 Consider and act upon approving Resolution 2018-02 Justice Assistance Grant  (Jag) Program.
