AGENDA　

Call to Order　

EXECUTIVE SESSION: BEDCO Board of Directors shall convene into a closed executive session pursuant to: 　

Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person, AND/OR 　

Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code for deliberation regarding economic development negotiations (2) to discuss or deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect described by subdivision (1) 　

To Wit: a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations

3. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION: Any action(s) the BEDCO Board of Directors’ deem necessary as a result of executive session regarding the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person. 　

4. Adjourn　

The Bonham Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors hereby expresses its intention of considering, deliberating, and taking action on any item listed on this agenda unless specifically stated otherwise.
